In 2012 I was in a Leadership course with an SEO component. All the cookie-cutter advice seemed very wrong. I started researching search optimization. A year later I met Bill by way of Ammon Johns and Google Plus. Bill's knowledge is phenomenal. He answers questions from know-nothings like me with wisdom and patience.
