I don't know how Bill does it, but his ability to breakdown the most complex Google patents for us SEOs to learn and make use of them is astounding.
I've been following Bill since I joined Twitter circa 2011 and even before, by following his blog publications.
Google's patents are incomprehensible to me, but Bill's consistent in-depth interpretation and analysis of these patents is what made them accessible to the SEO community, and to me personally I honestly believe that it has made me a much better SEO over the years, the kind that knows how to ask the right questions and better understand the algos and the direction Google is going towards. I wouldn't be the same SEO without reading Bill's work and for that I am forever grateful. A heartfelt thank you Bill, stay strong and get better so we can read more of your work.
