I've never met Bill in person, but I first connected with him back in 2018. The only two words that come to my head when I think of him are friendly and intelligent. I remember when curating a roundup when I worked agency-side, Bill was very responsive and almost immediately offered to share his wisdom. I started looking more into the work Bill was doing (especially his insights on patents) and I was amazed at how thorough and detailed his explanations were. I consider Bill to be a gem in our industry, from helping others learn to his overall approachableness. Get well soon Bill!
