A few years ago I was a big fat depressed lazy lump. Bill started posting the steps he was tracking on his Iphone. So I started competing with his step count and started walking. Before I knew it those steps turned into going to the gym and lifting weights. I got really buff and had a very strong body and the exercising also really helped my mental health.
If Bill had never started walking and posting his step count I may never have gone to the gym. Without realising it, Bill changed my life.
